Faulkner Law Firm, LLC wins jury trial for SwedishAmerican Hospital

On September 10, 2010, a jury verdict was rendered in favor of SwedishAmerican Hospital in a case pending in the Circuit Court for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit, Winnebago County.  Lead trial counsel Roger Gustafson and assistant Brandi Chudoba successfully argued to the jury that the Hospital was not liable to the Plaintiff for injuries she allegedly sustained when she came into contact with a nurse working at the Hospital.
